Fundamental Principles
A community is a group of people, in a place, using resources, working towards a common goal of generating value for the community.
The VALUE generated for the community is shared and distributed to the members in proportion to their contribution in generating that value for the community.
Community Revenue Distribution
Therefore the distribution of the total revenue generated by the community is independent of the decision making power of the share holders, the executives of the community responsible for the strategy and the executive management of the community. For providing this service the executive group is only entitled to 20% of the total revenue which they divide amongst themselves on the basis of the contribution of the particular member of the community. The remaining revenue is distributed amongst the other four groups responsible for the revenue generation of the community. These four groups are Production, Marketing, Sales and Logistics, each of which are allocated 20% of the total revenue for each group.
