One of the most important parts of education is discipline, which comes from routine. It's important to have some sort of a routine—it need not be rigid nor the same for everyone. Here is a generic structure with various suggestions for each part. Pick and choose whichever option works best for your needs and lifestyle.

Good quality sleep is an essential part of good life achieved through GOOD Living. Living starts when you wake up. Some people are night people and some are early morning people. Either way, your day starts once you wake up.

Start by waking up daily at whatever time suits you best. We will discuss sleep in greater details later in the program.
